Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear sooner for an upcoming adventure.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are your backpacks waterproof?
While our bags are highly water-resistant due to materials like 1000D Cordura and coated pack cloth, they are not fully submersible. They are designed to withstand heavy rain and snow during daily use and outdoor excursions.
