At Topo Designs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition with original tags. Our goal is to ensure your kit is perfect for your next adventure, whether that means a full refund or a seamless exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
